A Netherlands-based artist by the name of Marinus is cranking out some of the best nature GIFs we’ve seen. He takes short excerpts from wildlife films and loops them in Photoshop.
While turning footage of animals into short animations isn’t anything new, can you believe how fluid these are?

It very rarely snows here, so I don’t get many chances to photograph foxes in the snow. In fact, this is only the third time I’ve managed to photograph a fox in the snow!
Woke up to a light covering this morning, but since there wasn’t much of it in town I went to the cemetery right on the edge of the countryside where the snow was still falling heavily. Although I’m not that familiar with the foxes here I do still often see them around. This is the adult dog fox, looking very fluffy!
Had my camera on the wrong settings so annoyingly they came out rather blurry, but I still love how much he stands out against the white snow!
